If I am currently subscribed to an automated trading strategy and notice my account has not been trading, take the following steps:
- First, go to “Wallets” and check your USD and/or USDC balance. This is the amount that’s available to open new positions on the auto-trader. If you have a USD balance available, please email support@coinlion.com for further assistance. If only a small balance or no balance is available, there are a couple potential ways to add funds:
- Check your open positions. Navigate to the “Open Positions” tab under the “Auto Trader” page and look for positions you’re comfortable closing. Closing positions will make USD or USDC available for the auto-trader. This may mean you realize a loss.
- Or, you can simply deposit additional USD into your account under “Profile > Bank Settings”.
