# If I am currently subscribed to an automated trading strategy and notice my account has not been trading, take the following steps:

- First, go to “Wallets” and check your USD and/or USDC balance. This is the amount that’s available to open new positions on the auto-trader. If you have a USD balance available, please email [support@coinlion.com](mailto:support@coinlion.com) for further assistance. If only a small balance or no balance is available, there are a couple potential ways to add funds:
