Why didn't my deposit/withdrawal work, it just says “pending”?

  • Over time the connection to your bank account can fail and will need to be reestablished. When making a deposit, if it has been longer than 3 full business days please delete your connected bank account, re-connect it and make the deposit again.
  • When making a withdrawal, if it has been longer than 3 full business days, please email us at support@coinlion.com or submit a support ticket and one of our representatives will look into it.
