# Why didn't my deposit/withdrawal work, it just says “pending”?

- Over time the connection to your bank account can fail and will need to be reestablished. When making a deposit, if it has been longer than 3 full business days please delete your connected bank account, re-connect it and make the deposit again.
- When making a withdrawal, if it has been longer than 3 full business days, please email us at [support@coinlion.com](mailto:support@coinlion.com) or [submit a support ticket](https://help.coinlion.com/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en) and one of our representatives will look into it.
