Where is my USD Deposit?

USD deposits should only take 2-3 business days. If your deposit has been pending for more than 3 business days, it is likely that the connection between CoinLion and your bank account has failed.

Step 1: Cancel Your Deposit

Before attempting to repair the connection, you will first need to request a deposit cancellation by emailing support@coinlion.com with the subject line “Cancel a Deposit”.

In the body of the email, include the deposit date and exact deposit amount. Once you have received confirmation that your deposit has been canceled, you can proceed to unlink your bank account.

 

Step 2: Unlink Your Bank Account

To repair the connection between your bank and CoinLion, you will first need to unlink your bank account. To do this, navigate to the Profile > Bank Settings screen and select “Delete Account”.

If you are unable to delete your account by selecting “Delete Account” please contact support@coinlion.com for further assistance.

 

Step 3: Relink Your Bank Account

Once you have removed your bank account, reconnect it to the CoinLion platform by following these instructions.

After you have re-linked your account, you can re-attempt the deposit. If the deposit is not completed after three days, please contact support@coinlion.com for further assistance.
