We will not disclose nonpublic personal financial information about you to nonaffiliated third parties (other than as permitted by law) unless you authorize us to make that disclosure. If you wish to authorize us to disclose your nonpublic personal financial information to nonaffiliated third parties, you may do so through Coin Lion Support.

- At account sign up, read and check the box that you have read, understand, and agree to accept the Coin Lion User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
To Opt-in for Sharing personal information for Marketing purposes:
- At account sign up, read and check the box that you have read, understand, and agree to accept the Coin Lion User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
To Limit Sharing:
- Contact Coin Lion Support.
- If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information upon account creation. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice. However, you can contact us at any time to limit our sharing as described above.
- Coin Lion, LLC will use non-specific information about general demographics in marketing that the customer is not able to opt out of.
- CoinLion does not permit individuals to hold joint accounts; therefore, you cannot limit sharing of information of another individual’s account.
- Federal Law gives you the right to limit sharing of personal information with affiliates’ for their everyday business purposes, with affiliates for using your information to market to you, and with nonaffiliates for purposes of marketing to you.
- State laws may give you additional rights to limit sharing.
- Affiliates are companies that share common ownership or control with Coin Lion, LLC. At this time there are no affiliate companies.
- Non-affiliates are companies that do not share common ownership or control. Examples of non-affiliates are accounting firms, law firms, auditors, consultants, and services providers.
State Disclaimers
California: Coin Lion, LLC will not share nonpublic personal information we collect about you with non-affiliated third parties other than as permitted by California Law.
Vermont: Coin Lion, LLC will not disclose information about your creditworthiness to affiliates and will not disclose you personal information to nonaffiliate third parties to market to you, unless permitted by Vermont law.
